ACBC Virtual Conference: "Living and Active (Presented by Still Waters Biblical Counseling & Emmanuel Baptist

Emmanuel Baptist Church and Still Waters Biblical Counseling Ministry are please to present the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) 2023 conference entitled, "Living and Active". We will join the live conference virtually including the pre-conference and a selection of breakout sessions as well as all plenary sessions.

Teaching content covering topics like disability, crisis pregnancy, and ethics in biblical counseling. Over 40 different speakers, including Dale Johnson, Terry Enns, Ernie Baker, Abner Chou, H.B. Charles, Rick Holland. The following topics (and many others will be covered):

• Basics of Biblical Counseling
• Common Grace / Sufficiency
• Critiques of Counseling Theories
• Emotional Issues
• Hermeneutics / Application of Scripture
• The Psalms

Registration includes the Pre-Conference sessions on "Counseling Wisdom from the Book of James."

Snacks, drinks, and a conference t-shirt are provided. Lunch is not provided, an extended lunch break is provided to allow attendees time to eat at any one of many local restaurants.
